Advice is also provided for mechanical and FF&E specifications and requirements.

Temple Tree provides staffing and recruitment solutions, including salary guides and recruitment schedules, and operational policies established. Strategies and guidelines unique to the property are drawn up for impact sales and marketing and public relations effort. Temple Tree oversees and coordinates all graphic designs and logo developments, collateral, and their production and distribution.
Site visits and inspections are regularly conducted, and progress reports provided.
